Research Report

Most of my research is quantitative as I seek to understand “why.”   Empathy is needed for every step of the UX Research process, I use it to understand the end-user, but I also use it to understand the stakeholder's and designer's needs.

 

The reports are the tool to communicate what you heard from the user, to be their voice, and to get across their frustration, and their joy.
